The Milan Women's Primavera team is the champion of Italy. Coach Matteo Zago's girls defeated Sassuolo 3-1 in extra time in the just-concluded final.
The regular time ended with a score of 1-1: Milan took the lead after thirteen minutes with Appiah, but was equalised at minute 75 by Girotto. In the first extra time, the Rossoneri missed a penalty with Cesarini, but in the second extra time, Mikulica and then Stokic secured the tricolor for Zago's girls.
