The priority in the Milan transfer market is well known to everyone. The Rossoneri, especially after Olivier Giroud announced his departure from the club, absolutely need to bring in a new number 9 to lead the attack.
In this regard, several names have been mentioned in recent weeks and are on the Rossoneri management's list. The most popular are Joshua Zirkzee, Benjamin Šeško, and Serhou Guirassy. For the first, in particular, there are issues of competition and especially of commissions that need to be paid to the agent.
As reported by Tuttosport this morning, another name is gaining traction in the upper echelons of Casa Milan, previously mentioned but never truly explored. The newspaper headlines:
"The Rossoneri are still searching for Giroud's heir: Milan eyeing Gimenez."
The stock of the Mexican striker, who has been scoring goals for Feyenoord for the past two seasons, has been rising significantly in recent days. The Dutch club, however, has set a considerable valuation of around 55 to 60 million euros.
