AC Milan are ready to announce Paulo Fonseca to the fans as the new coach after the exit of Stefano Pioli.
The former Porto coach leaves, therefore, Lille after two seasons and returns to Serie A, where he coached AS Roma prior to his move to France.
Confirmations have arrived from the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano who explained that all documents between the Rossoneri club management and the Portuguese coach have been signed last week already. In fact, his collaborators will arrive with him and will also sign the contracts today with Milan.
Paulo Fonseca's salary is reportedly set at 2.5 million euros net per season. The journalist also reveals that the contract runs until 2026 with the option to extend.
