AC Milan are still looking for a new striker to replace Olivier Giroud whose contract with the club technically ends in less than a week.

The former Arsenal centre-forward, who is currently with the France national team in the Euros competition, is set for a move in the MLS, where he will don the LA FC shirt.
The main target is reportedly Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna. The negotiations, however, are stalled due to the commission which agent Kia Joorabchian is asking for: 15 million euros.
There are several alternatives on the shortlist of Geoffrey Moncada and his colleagues at Casa Milan. According to what is reported by Il Corriere dello Sport in this morning's print edition, there is an interesting turn of events: the Italians are now very keen on signing Serhou Guirassy from Stuttgart. Borussia Dortmund want the player, but negotiations are not done yet.
The Guinean striker who is 28 years of age has a release clause of 17.5 million euros. But, Milan must assess the situation further by calculating also the amount to be paid in terms of agent commission fees and salaries.
