Diogo Leite, a defender for Union Berlin recently linked to Milan, gave a long and interesting interview to the Portuguese newspaper 'A Bola', focusing particularly on his future. The Portuguese player considers Milan a great club and said he is open to any scenario. Here are his words on the matter:
"I like to always think about the present, and I am here at Union doing my best to help the club achieve its goals. Of course, if a good opportunity comes up for the club and for me, we will see. Soon, the best decision for both will be made. I like to focus on the present. I don’t think much; whatever has to happen, will happen. If it’s a good opportunity for both parties, we will discuss it."
On rumours linking him to Milan:
"Milan is a great club, everyone knows that, it is among the top clubs in Europe. It’s nice when you hear the interest of other clubs; it means your work is being recognized, that you are doing a good job, and this motivates me to continue working and giving my best every day. I am focused on the present. What will come next will be seen soon."
