AC Milan's Marco Sportiello has suffered a hand injury which will keep him out of the field for at least the next couple of months as he is recovering after surgery, according to the latest reports.
Recently, as pointed out by the colleagues at Milan Press, there has been talk of Cagliari's shotstopper, Simone Scuffet. But, no deal has been agreed between the two clubs regarding the transfer formula. The Rossoneri, in fact, would like a loan with an option to buy while Cagliari would like the move to be a permanent one.
Milan, in fact, is also exploring other options, and according to Italian journalist Nicolò Schira, 37-year-old Italian keeper of Sassuolo Andrea Consigli is one of them. He has already given his approval for a transfer to Milanello on a contract that would be valid until the summer of 2025. The Rossoneri's decision should be made in the coming days.
