There is no room for Yacine Adli. His adventure at Milan has almost always had a constant: limited space. In his first season with Pioli, he had only a handful of appearances and nothing more. In the second season, it seemed like he could earn more minutes, and indeed he did, but he did not fully convince the environment.
With Fonseca, he played only the first half of the first friendly match against Rapid Vienna, and then nothing more. Number 94, who left the number 7 shirt to Morata, seems to have returned to two years ago, with ever fewer appearances.
The club is therefore considering selling him, perhaps in the last weeks of the transfer market when some clubs might show interest in the former Bordeaux player. There have been some inquiries from the Premier League after his rejection of the Saudi Pro League. What seems certain is that he does not fit into Fonseca’s plans, and his future is increasingly distant from Milan.
