After weeks of intense negotiations, the deal for Marco Nasti between Milan and Cremonese has finally been completed. The 20-year-old forward, who came up through Milan's youth system and spent the last two years on loan at Cosenza and then Bari, will not remain under contract with Milan Futuro. Instead, he will move to Serie B to play for Cremonese.
The agreement was reached in the past few hours by the two clubs, who pushed for a deal using a formula Milan has previously applied to some of its young players. Nasti did not want another loan, and in the end, the two clubs agreed on a permanent transfer, albeit at no cost, but with a 50% sell-on clause for any future transfer of the forward.
This same formula was used a few years ago for midfielder Marco Brescianini, who was sold under similar conditions to Frosinone. In this transfer window, Frosinone sold him to Atalanta for 12 million euros, with 6 million euros going to Milan and 6 million euros to the Gialloblu, as pointed out by those at Calciomercato.com.
