Despite the summer transfer window just closing, Milan is already looking ahead to January, and one of the hot names is undoubtedly Johnny Cardoso from Real Betis. This is not just any profile but a player who has been closely monitored by Milan technical area director Geoffrey Moncada on several occasions.
The Rossoneri had wanted to sign him in the summer transfer window, but the arrival of Youssouf Fofana effectively closed the doors to Milanello for him. There has been an important development, however: Ismael Bennacer is injured and will be absent for around 4 months, which could open up interesting scenarios for the winter transfer window.
