During the usual episode of the Cronache di Spogliatoio podcast "L'Ascia o Raddoppia," journalist Fabrizio Biasin spoke about Milan and the importance for Paulo Fonseca to rediscover the best version of Álvaro Morata, who, when he came onto the field on Tuesday night against Bayer Leverkusen, changed the game in favour of the Rossoneri:
"As with Morata (laughs)? Absolutely important. So yes, because even though Milan lost another Champions League match, there are defeats and defeats, and the one against Leverkusen was one of those that still leaves you with something positive. Zero points, for heaven's sake, but Milan didn’t play a bad game."
On Morata, Biasin continued:
"So, I think that in reality, despite everything, you need the captain of Spain, the most experienced player, and also the one who could potentially be your leader on the field, to find the goal."
