In this morning's print edition, the Italian newspape, La Gazzetta dello Sport , spoke about AC Milan club management's interest in Skov Olsen (read about the price tag and more details here). But, it seems that he is not the only possible reinforcement being monitored.

In fact, according to the source, the Rossoneri are keeping an eye also on Genoa's central midfielder, Morten Frendrup. The player in question is 23 years old and is Danish. He stands at 178 centimetres tall and has a running contract until the summer of 2028.
The former Brondby IF talent, however, does not seem like an urgent priority for the Rossoneri, at least not for now.
AC Milan's plan in midfield...
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and his colleagues at Casa Milan are actually waiting to see how and when Ismael Bennacer returns to the playing field with his teammates. Reports are expecting him to be back in January. If the Algerian struggles to come back, however, then the club will try to sign Frendrup then from Genoa. As for his price tag? It should be between 15 and 20 million euros.
So far this season, Frendrup has managed to make 8 appearances. He played a total of 703 minutes across Serie A and Coppa Italia. He displayed good quality, which caught the attention also of some Premier League clubs.
