Il Quotidiano Sportivo in this morning's print edition headlines about Milan Futuro:
"The talents are there, but points are missing."
Despite having several promising young players like Camarda, Zeroli, Vos, and Liberali, the second Rossoneri team, led by Daniele Bonera, has been struggling significantly in the first part of this season: only one victory, the worst attack in Group B of Serie C, and second to last in the standings.
As has been known for some time, the match between Pescara and Milan Futuro has been postponed due to the call-ups for the national team involving Rossoneri players.
The date for the rescheduled match at the ‘Adriatico–Giovanni Cornacchia’ stadium has been set. Here’s the note from Lega Pro:
"Lega Pro, having noted the communication from the Pescara Police regarding the overlap of the G7 in the Abruzzo city on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of October 2024, and having acknowledged the communication from the Municipality of Pescara regarding the unavailability of the ‘Adriatico–Giovanni Cornacchia’ Stadium on the 5th/6th of November 2024 due to scheduled extraordinary maintenance on the playing surface, and after consulting the involved clubs, has decided that the Pescara-Milan Futuro match, postponed to a date yet to be determined according to Com. Uff. n.39/DIV of 08.10.2024, will be rescheduled for November 21 at 20:45."
