Regarding the Milan and Inter transfer markets, today's edition of Tuttosport headlines the following:
"Searching for new goals: (Jonathan) David and (Santiago) Giménez in the crosshairs."
The Canadian's contract is set to expire with French outfit Lille, and the Nerazzurri have already even made contact with his entourage. He could complete Simone Inzaghi's attack or serve as a safety net if an irresistible offer for Thuram comes in.

On the other hand, Milan has set its sights on Santiago Giménez, the center forward for Feyenoord and the Mexican national team.
He has scored four goals in the first seven matches of the season with the Dutch team but is currently sidelined due to a muscle issue.
The Rossoneri actually tried to acquire him during the summer, as admitted by the Mexican striker himself days ago:
"Milan tried to sign me on the last day of the transfer window. They sent an offer to Feyenoord, but nothing came of it. Going to Milan would have been a dream for me because I grew up watching Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, and Kaká. In the end, it didn’t happen, but the fact that there is interest makes you feel important, and this option is still open."
