Fourth home defeat of the season for Milan Futuro in Group B of Serie C: the Rossoneri fell 0-2 against Pineto in the midweek match for the twelfth round.
Bruzzaniti scored in the 45th minute, followed by Schirone in the 73rd. Near the end, Bonera's team received their fifth red card since the start of the season, with Coubis sent off for DOGSO (Denial of an Obvious Goal-Scoring Opportunity).
Milan Futuro should have done better
The home side started the match well and created some chances, but a moment late in the first half shifted the game’s direction: Raveyre made a costly mistake, causing a penalty that Bruzzaniti converted. In the 47th minute, Zeroli had a chance to equalize but lacked composure in front of goal. In the 73rd minute, the visitors doubled their lead in a fortunate turn of events: Zukic cleared a ball that hit Schirone lying on the ground, sending it into the far corner past a beaten Raveyre. Milan Futuro remains in 17th place with 9 points in the standings, as pointed out by Milan Press.
