On the eve of Italy vs. France, a Nations League match set to take place on November 17 at the San Siro, Gianluigi Donnarumma spoke at a press conference.
Here are his words about returning to the stadium where he made his debut while wearing the Rossoneri colours:
“I have so many memories of San Siro; it was my home, and there are incredible fans who make you feel their passion in every game. When you step onto the pitch here, you feel a different kind of energy."
Donnarumma added:
"There will be an incredible atmosphere, and that’s also thanks to us because we’ve managed to stir emotions in Italians. We should be proud.”
