An important 22-year-old Swiss talent who may be on the move already in January is Becir Omeragic. He is a centre-back who currently plies his trade for Ligue 1 outfit Montpellier.
A thigh injury, however, sidelined him in recent weeks, causing him to miss the latest round of international fixtures.

It should be noted, though, that he represents an opportunity for several clubs who are looking to add quality to their defences, especially in Italy.
Montpellier have actually signed him on a free transfer a summer and a half ago. Right now, they are reportedly open to selling him. As for his transfer market value, it should be around 6 to 7 million euros. Some Serie A clubs have expressed interest in landing him, such as Napoli, Milan, and Torino, according to sources at Tuttomercatoweb.com.
The deal could take the form of a loan with an obligation to buy, as the French side aims to generate funds. Any sale would represent a pure profit, given that he arrived on a free transfer. Although Omeragic's contract runs until June 30, 2028, the idea is to facilitate the next step in his career.
