Interviewed by Milan TV after the victory away from home against Slovan Bratislava with a 2-3- result, Rafael Leao, who scored the Rossoneri's second goal, shared these words:
"The most important thing was to win. We took the lead, then we allowed them chances that gave them confidence. The coach had prepared the match well; we knew it wasn’t easy to play against them at their home. In these games, quality alone is not enough to win."
On consistency, Leao said:
"Now there are three more matches left; we hope to win them because it's important. This match is behind us now, and we immediately focus on the league. Milan must always aim for the top of the table."
