The curtain rises on the new Club World Cup. The draw for the group stages of the revamped competition has been released.
The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will bring together the most prominent teams from the six international confederations: AFC, CAF, Concacaf, CONMEBOL, OFC, and UEFA.
The inaugural edition of this tournament will be held from June 15 to July 13, 2025. A total of 63 matches are scheduled, to be played in 12 different stadiums, with the final set to take place at the MetLife Stadium, located between New York and New Jersey.

Club World Cup Draw: The Format
The 32 teams will be divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each for the initial group stage. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Round of 16. From that point onward, the competition will follow a single-elimination format, with matches decided in a single game. There will be no third-place playoff.
