There is a significant divergence of opinions regarding the goal scored by Charles De Ketelaere in Atalanta - Milan.

According to Fonseca and several TV referee commentators, the Belgian's play on Theo was a foul, while the AIA, which spoke last night on Open VAR, disagreed.
Franco Ordine, a well-known journalist, commented on the De Ketelaere goal versus AC Milan as follows:
"CDK's goal in Atalanta-Milan: The CAN (Commissione Arbitri Nazionale) absolves La Penna (inevitable after Fonseca's outburst), while the three former referees analyzing the replay, Calvarese, Marelli, and Cesari, argue the opposite, stating the goal should have been disallowed. This explains why Rocchi is so irritated with his former colleagues, calling them 'too harsh.'"
