AC Milan's head coach, Paulo Fonseca, talked with the journalists in the press conference after the difficult victory against Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League group stage, at the San Siro.

Question: distracted team?
"I completely agree. I’m satisfied with the result, of course. But with everything else, no. When we enter a decisive match like this and have this kind of attitude, without giving everything for this shirt, things become difficult. I didn’t like what we did as a team. We have an obligation—not to play better—but to give everything on the field. You can make a bad pass, but it’s hard to watch this."
Fonseca, who isn’t giving their all to win?
"I don’t want to go into details. I’ll speak with the team, but that’s how I feel."
What made you upset?
"I’m not angry, just sad. Because what I’d like to see in the team is something I didn’t see."
How will you handle this now?
"I will never stop. My conscience is clear. If it’s necessary to bring in players from the Primavera or Milan Futuro, I’ll do it. No problem."
