Last match of the first round tomorrow at 3 PM for Milan Futuro under coach Daniele Bonera.
After the home win against Gubbio, the young Rossoneri will face an away game tomorrow against Vis Pesaro, a team in great form with three consecutive victories that have propelled them into the top five of Group B. Ahead of the match, the Rossoneri coach spoke to Milan TV. Here are his statements:
On the recent period:
"In the last period, we’ve delivered good performances against teams ahead of us in the standings. In Terni, perhaps the result was harsh considering we played well; a good match in Campobasso where we probably deserved a little more; a nice victory against Gubbio, even though we could have closed it out earlier. The path seems right to me, and I often talk about it with the players. I see in their eyes the desire to excel in a challenging category."

On the growing experience, Bonera said:
"My job is also to help the players understand the demands of the category without abandoning the initial input: building from the back, maintaining ball possession, and controlling the game. However, sometimes it’s good to use experience, and the players are trying to learn quickly."
On the team’s growth, he commented:
"I believe the group is growing, and we also see it in individual performances. It’s become common for players to be called up to the first team during the week or on Sundays. This demonstrates that the project exists and is working."
On tomorrow’s opponent:
"Vis Pesaro is an excellent team with interesting football ideas. They’ve earned a lot of points, and their home field is a tough place for everyone. We’ll need the right mentality to face them, but I’m confident the team will deliver a great performance."
On frequent protests by opposing fans against second teams, Bonera claimed:
"We approach every match with utmost humility and respect for the teams we face and their fans. Everyone is free to express their discontent. We, however, have no intention of diminishing the value of the category or overlooking the significance of the territorial identity of these teams."
On the 125th anniversary:
"Our priority is to contribute this weekend, which sees the first team engaged in an important match and the Primavera playing against Juventus. We feel very close to celebrating a club so great, one I’ve been part of during many important years. We hope for a victorious weekend for the entire Milan world."
