Theo Hernandez is undoubtedly one of the most talked-about players at Milan this season, but not for the excellent performances he has been delivering.
The Frenchman is far from being the decisive player we've come to appreciate and admire over the years, and his benching on Sunday against Genoa was a direct consequence of a series of attitudes that Paulo Fonseca apparently could not accept.

According to what MilanNews.it has learned, Theo Hernandez could remain on the bench again this Friday evening during the match against Hellas Verona in the Serie A Friday night fixture.
This new exclusion could benefit Alejandro Jimenez, one of the best performers against Genoa, but the Milan vice-captain still has three training sessions to try to change Fonseca’s mind.
Meanwhile, yesterday the Frenchman's agent, Manuel Garcia Quillon, visited the Rossoneri club to discuss a number of financial matters between Spain and Italy.
Upon leaving, when asked, "Does Theo want to stay at Milan?" the agent replied:
"The reality hasn't changed, and the truth has always been evident; it cannot change. Our will is clear, and it is to stay."
