Paulo Fonseca will once again be able to count on Álvaro Morata for the match against Roma. The Spaniard had missed the game against Verona due to tonsillitis, but he is set to start from the first minute against Roma.
The former Atlético Madrid striker aims to rediscover his scoring touch and help the team during a challenging phase of the season.
So far, Morata has been sidelined four times, each for a different issue, and he hopes to contribute more, particularly in terms of goals. There is optimism regarding the recovery of Christian Pulisic, the linchpin of Milan's attack.
With the American on the pitch, the Rossoneri boast a higher percentage of goals and wins, whereas his absence due to a calf injury has been felt in the speed of build-up play. Pulisic is expected to push through and make the squad.
