Speaking on Sportitalia, Enzo Bucchioni discussed Milan in the aftermath of Paulo Fonseca's dismissal and the appointment of Sergio Conceição.
Here are his statements:

"Today, we're obviously talking about Milan. In the last 40 years, I struggle to recall anything like what we saw Sunday night at San Siro, actually, I don’t recall anything like it at all. Around Milan, once a perfect club that Berlusconi brought to the highest levels, where everything worked seamlessly, now nothing works anymore. A disaster!"
Bucchioni added:
"It’s even a disgrace, considering what has happened. And we don’t know what’s more shameful: the team’s behavior on the pitch, the management’s actions, or the coach’s handling of these past months. In short, it’s an absolute disaster. But where is Ibrahimovic? Ibrahimovic doesn’t even have the courage to appear in front of the cameras to say, 'We’ve dismissed the coach.' A lack of respect for a man you yourselves sought out. Perhaps he wasn’t up to Milan’s standards, but who chose Fonseca? Certainly not me—it was you. You didn’t protect him, you let him clash with the team, and you didn’t let him do his job these past months. A man left all alone. That happens to coaches, but not like this."
Half the squad was divided against former coach Fonseca, said Bucchioni:
"Milan is in shambles, with half the squad divided against the coach. What will happen next? I don’t know. Even though the decision to bring in Conceição is absolutely late, it should have been made probably in October, when it was already overdue. Now, Conceição, who doesn’t know the Italian league as a coach, has just the second half of the season to turn things around..."
