The former coach of Milan, Juventus, and Roma, Fabio Capello, as usual, spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport to analyze the Italian Super Cup final, which the Rossoneri won against their rivals, the Nerazzurri.

Here's what he had to say:
"Inter was and remains the strongest. For the quality and experience of their squad, because they have an excellent coach like Simone Inzaghi, and because they are backed by a very solid club. This is precisely when a team clearly identifies its value compared to others that the most dangerous pitfalls can arise, as happened in Riyadh: the Inter team in the Super Cup final gave me the impression of being superficial."
Capello continued:
"It’s as if they changed their approach in just a few days. Against Atalanta, Lautaro and his teammates had impressed me, playing an almost perfect game, one of the best of the season, as Inzaghi himself said. Against Milan, they took the field without anger, almost lazily, convinced they could win, and in the end, they paid the price. This defeat will help Inter turn the page with strength and determination, and I absolutely don’t think there’s a risk of underestimating it, because it was a derby and, moreover, it was for the first trophy of the season."
