Kyle Walker has placed Milan at the top of his list of priorities.
The English right-back's agent explored the possibility with Milan’s management in recent days, proposing a free transfer to Milanello with a contract lasting until 2027, writes La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition.

If the player sticks to this decision and is not convinced by Pep Guardiola to stay, City will allow him to leave on a free transfer as a gesture of gratitude for his remarkable career with the Citizens.
Signed in 2017 for €52 million, Walker has been a key figure and captain for the team. Despite being 34 and a half years old, he is requesting a two-and-a-half-year contract, spreading the remaining 9 million euros in salary (plus bonuses) he would earn at City over this period (6 million euros net per season).
Walker can play both as a central defender and as a right-back. He can bring leadership to the backline and the locker room, supported by an impressive trophy cabinet.
His arrival would not rule out the signing of a forward, a move that has become almost inevitable following Okafor’s departure.
