AC Milan loses badly in Turin with a poor second half: the Allianz Stadium match ends 2-0 for Juventus.
Conceição is forced to do without the suspended Morata and the injured Thiaw and Pulisic, opting for Gabbia alongside Tomori and Musah positioned high on the right, with Abraham as the center forward. Thiago Motta benches Savona and Vlahovic: in his 4-2-3-1 formation, Cambiaso plays at full-back, and Nico Gonzalez is the offensive focal point, with Mbangula wide on the left.
After a brief study phase, the first chance arrives in the 8th minute for the home team: Mbangula cuts inside on his right foot and curls a shot aiming for the far post, missing just over the bar. Milan responds with Leão, who shoots from close range but is blocked by Kalulu. In the 14th minute, Koopmeiners takes a powerful shot from 25 meters that grazes the crossbar.

Five minutes later, Milan is close to taking the lead: an excellent corner-kick play leaves Reijnders open to shoot from the penalty spot, but Locatelli blocks the shot, and the ball goes slightly wide after deflecting off Tomori. In the 27th minute, Milan gets another great chance: Theo Hernández delivers a cross, Thuram intercepts it ahead of Reijnders, and the ball reaches Leão, whose right-footed effort is saved by Di Gregorio. Theo Hernández then tries to score himself but is blocked at the moment of shooting.

Juventus counters with Yildiz finding Nico Gonzalez, but the former Fiorentina player hesitates and is stopped by the defense. Ten minutes before halftime, Yildiz takes a shot but mishits it, allowing Maignan to save it for a corner. On the ensuing play, Kalulu’s header misses the target.
In the sole minute of added time, Leão’s cross finds Theo Hernández at the far post, but his header is denied by Gatti. The first half ends with the score at 0-0.
Juventus - Milan, second half
At the start of the second half, Juventus makes a change: Yildiz, struggling with an adductor issue, is replaced by Weah. The first chance of the half comes from the substitute himself, whose angled shot is saved by Maignan. Soon after, Theo Hernández makes a critical error, losing the ball in the box to Koopmeiners, who skips past Tomori and shoots from close range, only for Maignan to block it with his thigh.
Milan is largely absent from the pitch, and just before the hour mark, Juventus takes the lead: Nico Gonzalez passes to Mbangula, whose shot—seemingly harmless—is deflected by Emerson Royal, leaving Maignan no chance. Shortly after, Conceição substitutes an underperforming, recently booked Bennacer with Jiménez, moving Musah to midfield.
On the following play, Juventus doubles their lead: a counterattack puts Weah in a one-on-one with Tomori, and he finishes with a left-footed shot across the goal, beating Maignan again.
With 15 minutes remaining, Conceição makes an all-or-nothing move, replacing Emerson Royal with Camarda and switching to a 4-4-2 formation. Milan's first shot of the second half comes in the 79th minute—a free kick by Theo Hernández that goes wide. Soon after, Terracciano and Jovic come on for Reijnders and Abraham.
A deflected cross-shot by Musah and a Camarda header off target are Milan's final attempts in a dreadful second half. Milan loses to Juventus in a critical head-to-head clash for Champions League qualification, as pointed out by MilanPress.it.
