After Milan's 3-2 victory against Parma, coach Sergio Conceição spoke to the Rossoneri club's official channel. Here are his statements:
The intense end to the match...

"We are truly passionate about this sport, and I am here with a clear goal: to bring as many victories as possible to this historic club. In the heat of the moment, an extra word might slip out, but we are a family. Even with my own children, I’m not always very nice, but that happens on the pitch, and in the end, it doesn’t matter. We discuss it in the locker room, and it’s over, because we need to build a team, and we are building one. Today, we won with the spirit that’s necessary. Of course, we need to improve in other areas, but we are working on it."
On the match, Conceicao said:
"They scored a goal because Theo slipped; they hadn’t even reached our goal yet. We had 2 or 3 chances that we could have capitalised on to score. These things happen, as do these kinds of matches where the opponent takes a single shot and scores. We need to be even stronger and work harder to prevent opponents from getting those opportunities. The players and I knew that Parma has a good team, with good players and solid coaching. Every match here in Italy is difficult."
Conceicao continued:
"I firmly believe in day-to-day work, which gives us confidence, belief, and morale. The results are then seen on Sunday. You can’t sleep through the week and then show up expecting to win. Everyone wants to win, but this mental preparation needs to be there every day, like the professionals we are. The objectives are clear. We are progressing in this regard, and we still need to improve our gameplay."
