Tuttosport, in today's print edition, confirms that Milan will renew their pursuit of Gimenez starting tomorrow.
The first offer of 20 million euros plus 7 million euros in bonuses was rejected.
The Rossoneri will raise their bid to 33-35 million euros, but Feyenoord does not want to sell, especially at these figures. A proposal in the range of 40-45 million euros would be needed.
This is because the Dutch club believes they can sell the striker for much more in the upcoming summer transfer window.

And if Gimenez doesn’t arrive?
For now, Jovic’s departure to Monza is on hold. Meanwhile, João Félix, a second striker, not a "number 9", remains an option appreciated by Sergio Conceição. Additionally, agent Riso has proposed Udinese’s Lorenzo Lucca.
Milan is monitoring him as a summer target, when the club will look to increase the number of Italian players in the squad. However, Udinese is asking for a significant fee—at least €25 million, if not more. Roma is also interested and is considering an offer of a loan (€4 million) with an obligation to buy (€18 million), but the Friulian club is holding firm.
Will Milan make a move?
