Today could be the decisive day to determine the new technical leader of Milan Futuro. In recent hours, the path leading to Alberto Bollini, the current coach of Italy's Under-19 team, has cooled down.
The 'Elite Round' will take place in Italy to qualify for the U19 European Championship, and this tight timeframe has made the Bollini option practically impossible.
Bollini, however, was still flattered by Milan’s call.

After hours of reflection and evaluation, the club management seems to have leaned towards an internal solution that leads to Federico Guidi, the current coach of the RossoneriPrimavera.
His profile is very strong, and for the club, it would be a solution of continuity since Guidi already knows most of the U-23 side. In the January transfer market, the club made significant moves, bringing in experienced players in an attempt to avoid relegation, as relayed via Milannews.it.
Guidi is no stranger to Serie C, having previously coached Gubbio, Casertana, and Teramo, always leading the teams to safety.
If Guidi were to move to Milan Futuro, the club, with Vergine primarily, would need to choose his replacement for the Primavera.
