“To be fair in sports, one must be fair in every other area of life.”
This is how Zvonimir Boban, former midfielder and executive of Milan, spoke after the conference “I giusti nello Sport.” Here are his words as reported by Il Quotidiano Sportivo: "We must try to promote a series of values such as solidarity, respect, discipline, and hard work. In life, in sport, and in daily life, it’s important to understand and accept others."

Boban also threw in a few jabs at Gerry Cardinale’s Milan:
"First and foremost, the concept of a team needs to be taught. Then, we should highlight, even in the media, the beautiful stories. Many teams, many ordinary people, and even many young people through social media try to send positive messages. However, the negative aspects, which make more news, are always highlighted. Sports and football are beautiful and have thousands of examples to prove it. Despite the materialization, the business aspect, and the Americanization of certain football clubs."
