AC Milan and FC Internazionale Milano have today submitted the DOCFAP to the Municipality of Milan, containing the proposal for the acquisition of the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza and the surrounding areas, along with the feasibility hypothesis for the construction of a state-of-the-art stadium, integrated into an urban regeneration project, guided by innovation, sustainability, and accessibility.
A proposal developed by the best professionals and experts in the field, resulting from the strategic vision of the two Clubs' ownerships, laying the foundation for the implementation of a project that will serve as an international benchmark and bring significant benefits to the city of Milan and its residents. In the coming months, the two Clubs will engage with the Municipal Administration to share and further explore the details and distinctive elements of the proposal, with the aim of completing the acquisition process by July 2025.
The final concept and the executive project will eventually be presented at a later stage and are therefore not included in the documentation submitted today.
