What a coup for Milan Primavera! The Rossoneri defeat league leaders Roma at the Tre Fontane stadium thanks to an excellent performance, securing a 3-1 victory that could have been even more decisive. Federico Guidi’s team, with the coach suspended for this match, rises to 51 points in the standings, extending their lead over seventh-placed Hellas Verona (46 points) and closing the gap on Roma, who remain first with 61 points.

The match starts with a clear direction: within just four minutes, the visitors have already created two major chances—first with Perrucci (denied by Sangare’s goal-line clearance with a header) and then with Sala (who hits the crossbar). Perrucci comes close again in the 15th and 24th minutes: Sangare blocks his first attempt, while the second, a half-volley, narrowly misses the target. Roma’s first real opportunity comes in the 57th minute, when Coletta’s diagonal shot goes just wide.

Milan Primavera take the lead in the 66th minute through Perrucci:

The No. 7 pounces on a rebound from Bakoune’s shot and slots it home. Roma respond immediately in the 71st minute with a brilliant left-footed free kick from Romano—off the post and into the net. The Rossoneri regain the advantage in the 79th minute through Hodzic: Magni delivers a cross, Perrucci heads it down, and the No. 55, after a physical duel in the box, finishes clinically. In stoppage time, captain Bakoune seals the win in the 96th minute, finishing off a counterattack by beating De Marzi and igniting Milan’s celebrations, as relayed via MilanPress.it.
