Arrigo Sacchi, former national team coach and a manager who won everything, spoke to Il Resto del Carlino about his career and how he revolutionized Italian and international football:

"I did simple things—maybe that's why I was ahead of the others (laughs). At Milan, we created a masterpiece. I owe a lot to Berlusconi. Memories? I still remember the first time I met him. I was coaching Parma in Serie B after we had been promoted."
Sacchi added:
"We beat Milan twice in the Coppa Italia at San Siro. Both times, Berlusconi came to see me after the match and said, ‘I will keep an eye on you.’ The rest is history. The president supported me in everything. To convince him to sign Ancelotti, I called him at two-thirty in the morning. He answered: ‘At your command.’"
