The current edition of Tuttosport on newsstands this morning headlines as follows:
"Investigations and appeals: San Siro is already a minefield."
The process for the new San Siro moves forward, but problems and obstacles are certainly not lacking. For example, in recent days, the Milan Prosecutor's Office opened a file regarding the sale of the Meazza stadium to Milan and Inter, with the €197 million valuation established by the Revenue Agency being considered too low by the "Sì Meazza" committee:
"From 2000 to 2024, the Meazza generated €260 million. The valuation assumes a price of €400 per square meter: citizens are losing out," said its president and former Milan deputy mayor Luigi Corbani, who filed the complaint that triggered the investigation.

Words from Mayor Giuseppe Sala
"The action of the Prosecutor's Office is due. I don’t know who else we could have asked for the valuation, perhaps NASA. There is a group of naysayers who want to influence the administration. We will request a meeting with the Court of Auditors and the Prosecutor’s Office. The issue of remediation costs? Every time an area is sold, there is the issue of remediation, it needs to be verified, and today we don’t know."
