Today’s edition of Tuttosport headlines this morning ahead of tonight’s Coppa Italia derby:
"No room for defeat. Inter and Milan: everything must be saved, even face."
An important match for both teams: the Nerazzurri, coming off a league defeat against Bologna, want to keep alive their hopes of achieving the treble, given that they are also competing for the Scudetto and are in the Champions League semifinals.

For the Rossoneri, meanwhile, winning the Coppa Italia represents the last remaining path to Europe, as well as the only way to try to salvage at least part of a very disappointing season.
Regarding the importance of tonight’s match, Sergio Conceição said yesterday in a press conference:
“We have to do our job. It’s a hugely important game for everyone: the players, those who work at Milan, and the fans. A positive season for Milan would mean winning the Scudetto, going deep in the Champions League. For a historic club like the Rossoneri, it should be normal to reach the Coppa Italia final.”
