The midfielder is among the most highly regarded profiles for top clubs next season, with Milan leading the race, but Inter are also considering making a move for the Torino player.
However, as reported by Sky Sport, Torino president Urbano Cairo has denied rumors regarding the sales of midfielder Samuele Ricci and goalkeeper Milinkovic-Savic.
"At the moment, we haven't spoken to anyone, and these rumors have no basis. The goalkeeper's release clause? Those things can be changed, and nothing is set in stone. He is a great goalkeeper, one of the best in Europe."
