Kyle Walker arrived at Milan on loan with an option to buy from Manchester City during the winter transfer window.
The English full-back immediately secured a starting spot on the right flank, but he is currently coming off a couple of injury setbacks and appears to have been overtaken in the pecking order by Alex Jimenez.
While waiting to see what the future holds, since his stay in Milan is not guaranteed, the former City player is enjoying his time in Italy, and in his podcast on the BBC, he spoke about nutrition.

Here are Kyle Walker’s words on nutrition in Italy and at Milan for an athlete:
"The food at Milanello is fantastic. Whatever’s left over, I take back to the hotel. Even the tomatoes are good. They weigh us every day—your weight can't change in a single day. Even if you go out and eat a big pizza or a steak, your weight won’t be much higher, so they ask, ‘What did you do?’ If you have two or three days off, you have to be a bit careful because the coach wants to keep the players’ weight low. This is the way football is going. Every little detail matters," as relayed via Milannews.it.
