The issue with Youssouf Fofana's left foot sole does not appear to be a cause for concern at Milanello, even though there are only a few days left before the Coppa Italia final against Bologna, leaving little time for recovery.
Yesterday, the French midfielder, who has been dealing with this discomfort for some time, trained separately at Milanello. The goal of the Milan medical staff is, of course, to get him back on his feet for Wednesday’s match at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome against the Rossoblù, according to Tuttosport.
As for the other injured players, Tammy Abraham has already left the Rossoneri's infirmary and returned to group training yesterday after missing Monday's away match in Genoa due to a strain in the rectus femoris of his right thigh. It will be more difficult, however, to have Warren Bondo and Riccardo Sottil available for the Coppa Italia final: the former is dealing with a problem in his right ankle, while the latter is suffering from a strain in the right external obturator muscle.
