In Spain, there were rumours that Xabi Alonso requested to sign a left-back to strengthen his new Real Madrid side. But there is no concrete negotiation, no offer, no discussion, no dialogue between Theo, his agents, Real Madrid, and Milan.
There is nothing truly concrete at this moment between the player and Real Madrid. Clearly, a return to Real could be something that pleases Theo, but as of today, there is no kind of conversation.
