Starting with Italiano, who has cleared up any doubt: he will remain at Bologna until 2027. After meetings, reflections, and phone calls, a general agreement has been reached which will be made official shortly. Bologna has found the right way to make its coach feel important, and today the decision also has a strategic flavor: because while one piece is being secured, others are starting to move.

Beginning with Milan:
There, with Italiano now off the radar, the pressure has been turned on Massimiliano Allegri. Contacts with the coach from Livorno have been initiated and now the idea is a two-year contract, with an option for a third year, and a base salary of around five million per season plus bonuses. Optimism is growing, although the real issue is Napoli. Because Conte has not yet decided, and Napoli still does not have a definitive answer. But something, in the past few hours, has changed. The Napoli club has presented its coach with a credible, ambitious plan, with important names in the notebook (Jonathan David, De Bruyne, and more) and a genuine desire to build a solid project, different from the past. This is why today there is a different light, a new feeling approaching optimism. The meeting with De Laurentiis scheduled for Friday will be decisive, also because in the meantime Juventus remains alert.
And it’s not just any Juventus: it’s the one where the bench dossier is being handled directly by John Elkann, who has taken control of the situation. Conte is the man designated to start a new cycle, but in Turin they are well aware that it is not an easy game. And while they await answers, work is being done on the rest: in recent hours Damien Comolli has resigned from Toulouse and his profile is being carefully considered for a management role. As is Matteo Tognozzi, who could return to strengthen the sporting area alongside Giorgio Chiellini, who is expected to have a central operational role. However, if the Conte operation were to fall through, Tudor could remain even after the Club World Cup.
