AC Milan have hired Igli Tare who is now working on reshaping the team which finished mid-table in Serie A and with no European competition to participate in for next season.
The first move seems to be finding the right figure to replace Sergio Conceicao, and according to our latest report, Massimiliano Allegri is that person. He will return to Milan eleven and a half year later.

What will Igli Tare's plan after securing Allegri's signature?
According to what is reported by Nicolo Schira today (May 29, 2025), there is the desire to keep some key players in the squad, such as Rafael Leao. In fact, the Albanian executive and the former Juventus head coach consider the Portuguese left-winger central to the project and they do not want to lose him. On the other hand, some Saudi clubs, along with other European ones, have made inquiries about him. But, it seems that the Rossoneri are not inclined to let him walk away so easily. The former Lille player's contract runs until 2028.
Another key player to keep at AC Milan is the French goalkeeper, Mike Maignan. As per the same source, Igli Tare has spoken with the shotstopper's agents recently and the club is currently waiting for an answer regarding the bid to extend the contract until 2028. For context, Maignan's current deal runs until the summer of 2026.
