AC Milan have to rebuild with Igli Tare and Massimiliano Allegri. This summer will be very busy with the new coach preparing his team to deliver better results while the Albanian executive must work hard to bolster the squad through the transfer market. But, that also means keeping key players.

It must be noted, though, that key players remaining in the squad is no easy feat, especially if Manchester City comes knocking with an important financial compensation for the signature of Tijjani Reijnders.
In fact, as per the latest information via our correspondent Vito Angelè, negotiations between the Rossoneri club management and the English outfit are currently open. The first offer from the Premier League side arrived with a fee around 65 million euros. But, the Italians do not consider it as a fair amount.
The Dutch midfielder is unlikely to refuse City's rich offer: he could earn more than 6.5 million euros per year for six years (at least double his current salary).
What are Tijjani Reijnders numbers with Milan this season?
The former AZ Alkmaar player is certainly a crucial profile for the Rossoneri and is a fan-favourite. During this campaign, he managed to make 54 appearances across Serie A, Coppa Italia, Supercoppa Italiana, and UEFA Champions League. He played a total of 4591 minutes, according to Transfermarkt. He contributed well to the Rossoneri's attacking efforts with 15 goals and 5 assists overall.
