According to Gianluca Di Marzio on X, the final details are currently being finalized between Milan and Napoli for the transfer of Yunus Musah. The American midfielder, a long-time favorite of Antonio Conte, already has an agreement in place with the Neapolitan club and is fully in favor of the move.

In Napoli’s plans, the American will replace 29-year-old Danish player Philip Billing, who will not be redeemed and is set to return to Bournemouth.
Yesterday, Fabrizio Romano revealed that the deal had been conducted under the radar and only came to light once most of the work had already been done: Musah is ready to join Napoli in a permanent transfer worth around €25 million. Bought for €21.2 million from Valencia in the summer of 2023, Musah currently has a book value of approximately €12.7 million. If the reported figures are confirmed, Milan would record a capital gain of around €12 million, as relayed via Milannews.it.
During his two years at Milan, Musah played 80 matches across all competitions without scoring a single goal. He registered 5 assists, received one red card, and won an Italian Super Cup in the final against Inter. Throughout his time with the Rossoneri, he covered various roles in midfield and on the wing: as a central midfielder, defensive midfielder, winger, and even right-back in emergency situations.
