Théo Hernandez is ready to move to Saudi Arabia.
The French full-back’s departure from AC Milan now seems like just a matter of time, and the decision has not gone without criticism. The 27-year-old left-back of the French national team is set to leave the Rossoneri after six seasons, bringing around 30 million euros into the club’s coffers. It’s a significant financial deal, considering the player is entering the final year of his contract.

But for Éric Di Meco, former French national team defender and now a pundit, the decision by the 1997-born player seems incomprehensible:
"It’s depressing to see a footballer like him give up the sporting side at just 27,” he commented on the podcast Rothen s’enflamme.
He continued to talk about Theo's imminent move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal:
“In a football world now dominated by money, it’s still possible to balance a sporting career with the financial side. Going to Saudi Arabia at the end of a career—I understand. At 27, no.”
