Massimiliano Allegri’s Milan has officially begun. After over 11 years, the Italian experienced coach has returned to Milanello and led his first training session at the club’s training facility. His team will be structured around a 4-3-3 formation, with Rafael Leao and Mike Maignan as two key pillars. In fact, Allegri is full of enthusiasm to be back at Milan, happy to restart with the club that gave him his first Serie A title many years ago.

Reinforcements will be needed from the transfer market—at least 4 or 5 signings between now and August 31. Allegri has requested the right players to mount a serious challenge for the Scudetto.

By the way, for Milan fans who are looking for a soccer betting website that accepts bitcoin, then they should visit Sportbet. In fact, the platform offers a seamless betting experience with the added convenience of Bitcoin transactions. You can also take advantage of their generous 125% sign up bonus with first deposit bonus up to $1000. With no KYC verification required, Milan supporters can quickly join, bet on their favorite matches, and hopefully, when Allegri’s team is winning, the supporters can also strike gold and win important bonuses.

He also made a particular request...

The ex Juventus boss called for unity of purpose, asking for cohesion throughout the club, across all departments. He reiterated it at least three times during the press conference: “To achieve results, we must be a single unit, heading in one direction. This block—from the ownership down to the kit men—must be unified to put the players in the best position to do what they need to do.” A fundamental message. No more internal divisions—everyone must row in the same direction.

As for the striker, that deal won’t happen immediately. The Rossoneri want to carefully evaluate all potential opportunities across Europe before making their move for a center-forward. Victor Boniface of Bayer Leverkusen is admired, but the asking price is high. Other names have been considered—like Vlahovic, Nunez, and even Lucca—but no final decision has been made yet. The real action for the striker is expected to begin between late July and early August.

At the moment, the management is focusing on the midfield and full-back positions. These are decisive hours for Jashari from Club Brugge. This has also been confirmed by Tare. The player is putting on maximum pressure to leave—he wants to play for Milan and is pushing hard to move to Serie A. Milan has made an offer of €32 million plus bonuses, which they believe is more than sufficient for the Swiss midfielder, who was named MVP of the Belgian league last season. He is set to be the third piece in the puzzle, following Modric and Ricci. A response on Jashari is expected today.

Then there’s the full-back situation. Yesterday, Milan finalized the sale of Theo Hernandez to Al Hilal for around €25 million. But now he must be replaced—and that won’t be easy. On the right side, Milan has made a first offer to Strasbourg for Guéla Doué, a 22-year-old naturalized Ivorian. The initial bid is €15 million, but the amount will need to be raised. Emerson Royal is set to leave, and a new starting right-back is needed.

Whether it will be a winning Milan, we will only find out through the answers that always come from the pitch. That it will be a different Milan, however, is a fact, and you can sense it in the small things—which, in truth, aren’t so small. It all starts with the press conference. A press conference that was 100% Massimiliano Allegri, the coach, except for a very brief introduction by sporting director Igli Tare before handing the floor to the new manager. This was an important and, above all, different step compared to what we’ve seen at the Rossoneri in the recent past, when the imposing figure of Zlatan Ibrahimović often dominated the opening of such conferences.

From the press conference and the first training session, we can extract some key concepts and the feelings conveyed by the 57-year-old Italian. The pleasure of returning to the club with which he won his first Scudetto, the desire to get back in the game after a year’s break, and the confidence in being able to do well—with patience, hard work, and by moving forward “like a cruise.” Small steps, but not too small. Allegri also didn’t forget the importance of immediately starting to “nurture” his most valuable pieces, like the captain and vice-captain, Mike Maignan and Rafael Leao, while also emphasizing the need to revitalize former Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek and highlighting the presence of four diverse central defenders. He went on to mention Alex Jimenez, Davide Bartesaghi, Youssouf Fofana, and Warren Bondo. An Allegri satisfied with those present at Milanello, but aware that a few more pieces still need to be put in place.

It's too early to understand how Milan will line up on he pitch, what their approah and playing philosophy will be, or which formation they will adopt. But we hold tight to the three core concepts outlined by Max Allegri: "Have fun, with grit, winning." The new 'Diavolo' starts from here, hoping -naturally- to get as close as possible to that final word as soon as possible.
