AC Milan's midfield restructuring continues. After the official signing of Samuele Ricci from Torino and a full agreement reached to bring in Luka Modric on a free transfer (following his departure from Real Madrid after Xabi Alonso’s side was eliminated from the Club World Cup), the Rossoneri are also turning their attention to outgoing transfers. Some players are not part of Massimiliano Allegri’s plans or his technical project for the 2025/26 season.
In particular, La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported today that three Milan players have caught the attention of Bologna sporting director Giovanni Sartori: Tommaso Pobega – who spent last season on loan in Emilia-Romagna and won the Coppa Italia – Yacine Adli, and Noah Okafor.
As per the information relayed by Calcio Mercato, after deciding not to exercise the €12 million buy option for Pobega, Bologna has submitted a new offer: another loan deal, this time with a €7 million buy option. Milan, however, does not consider the figure appropriate, as Allegri has decided to assess the player during the current pre-season training camp to determine whether he could be useful in squad rotations.
Finally, it is reported that Milan have offered Adli to Bologna. The club is also interested in Noah Okafor, whom they had already targeted during the January transfer window. Two key factors could facilitate a move for the Swiss forward: the sale of Dan Ndoye and a reduction in Okafor’s salary.
