This morning’s edition of Repubblica headlines:
"Intrigue over Hojlund and Vlahovic."
The newspaper clarifies the situation of the two strikers, both targets for Milan: "Manchester United wants to offload Hojlund, who, however, does not want Milan, which is also pursuing Vlahovic, who, however, is demanding money." In short, this sums up the search for a new striker by the club.

Since the pursuit of Dusan Vlahovic remains too expensive, the Rossoneri have shifted their focus to Rasmus Hojlund, for whom United has agreed to a loan deal with an option to buy—a formula that absolutely satisfies Milan.
The problem is that, at the moment, the Danish player does not seem willing to leave the Red Devils despite the strong risk of limited playing time (the squad already includes Zirkzee, Diallo, Sancho, Antony, and Garnacho, and new arrivals Mbeumo, Cunha, and Sesko).
