An important update regarding Rasmus Hojlund's situation at Manchester United has just arrived.
The Danish striker, formerly of Atalanta, is reportedly set to be left out of his club's squad list ahead of their season opener against Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, as pointed out by The Athletic.

The player, who is linked with AC Milan, is having a difficult time convincing his current head coach, Ruben Amorim, especially with the arrival of Benjamin Sesko.
As for a potential exit, the Manchester United club management reportedly prefers to sell the centre-forward's services on a permanent basis. To facilitate Hojlund's move and offload him elsewhere, however, they could lower their financial demands and therefore accept amount lower than his book value of around £45m (52 million euros approximately).
