Milan and Victor Boniface are on the verge of sealing the deal.
The deal between the two clubs has been reached in the form of a 5 million euros loan with an option to buy set at 25 million euros, potentially totaling 30 million euros if Milan decides to make the transfer permanent during the next season.

The Rossoneri have been working in parallel on the profiles of Boniface and Rasmus Hojlund, with the former Atalanta forward also contacted by Napoli. However, when Bayer Leverkusen agreed to a loan with an option to buy, Milan accelerated negotiations to reach the final stage, securing the agreement with Bayer and arranging medical tests. These tests will focus not only on the usual general assessments but also specifically on the knee that Boniface has injured twice in the past, suffering anterior cruciate ligament tears, which is naturally a point of attention.
In July, Milan had also conducted preliminary medical evaluations for Marc Pubill in Barcelona to ensure the stability of his knee, but ultimately chose not to pursue the deal, only for technical reasons, not due to physical or financial concerns.
Victor Boniface is now waiting for his flight schedule to Milan, where he will undergo medical tests with the club. It is practically impossible that the registration could be completed for Cremonese, with the clear objective of making him available to Allegri for the match on Friday the 29th at the Via del Mare against Lecce.
Interest in Sporting Lisbon’s Harder remains alive, but any progress on that player will be decided after Boniface’s deal is finalized and following a final evaluation by Furlani and Tare with Massimiliano Allegri, as pointed out by Milannews.it.
